I bought the Foreo toothbrush with the extra head for a decent price last Christmas, however the fact you have to pay for shipping there is laughable. No issues order wise: came prompt, on time and beautifully wrapped.
My husband ordered stuff worth 400-500 cad online. It was supposed to be delivered in about a week's time and after a whole MONTH the products are still not here.
In the past ten days he has spent over 5 business hours (taking time during his vacation and work time) to get on calls with three different customer care executives. Every call took over two hours to connect and then the sales people would say that ups has lost your parcel so we cannot refund or replace. We can issue a ticket and let you know in 24 hours. It's been two weeks of calling with no resolution, no email replies and no call backs. We are still chasing the holt renfrew team online and trying to get an idea of what to do.
Pathetic. I would recommend everyone reading this to value themselves and their time and go for other competitors that know how to treat their customers.
Purchased an item, after two weeks there was no update so I emailed them. Took them 2 days to reply to me saying that they are "working hard to give me an update". A day later they told me that they cannot fulfill the order. When I replied back, I got an autoreply that their mail box is full.
Purchased a pair of sunglasses when it was in stock, and was emailed 5 days later it was out of stock and my order has been canceled. When I contacted customer service they were really nice about it. Decided to give them a second chance and purchased a different pair, after waiting a week, my order was once again canceled. What doesnt make sense to me is why would you list something on your website when you don’t even have it! I was casually browsing this morning and found that the sunglasses I originally purchased were back in stock. I purchased them again and contacted customer service. They told me that my order has been sent to the store and that they will process it. I was also told that during the time of my purchase, 2 stores had stock. Third times a charm.

Received an email after two weeks saying that my item has been canceled. Did they sell my item to someone else? At this point I’m really disappointed with Holt’s service.
Ordered two pairs of shoes, they canceled first order in few days saying it’s out of stoke, while it was still available online. Then I had to wait 8 days for them just to confirm that they received the second order. Very slow replies to my emails and no clear answer what happened to my orders. Wouldn’t shop again.
I ordered a pair of Comme Des Garçons Converse a while back, it was lovely, very fast shipping about 2 days. There was no damage done to the box and shoes were a perfect fit. I would definitely buy from there again!
